Car Park Requirements: Cement preferable rapid set A bucket Some water (in a different container Skinny lengths of metal pipe. Preparation: This is best done at an unmanned parking complex. There's a couple around where you pay for your ticket in an area away from the exit these are the ones I'm talking about. Now around the exit there should be some sort of drain that spreads along the road. It shouldn't be very deep but check if it' less then 30cm deep this is the place. Check for camera's and stuff. You may want to where balaclava's or something. The Actions: Mix the cement in the bucket run in pour the cementin th4e drain and stick the metal pipes into the cement. This will hopefully baracade the exit. AfterMath: Basicaly a traffic jam. The pipes will puncture any tire that tries to drive over it. If they got a second to stop and think about what they're doing they might see how stupid they are. Disclaimer!!!: This is for educational perposes only.
