BLACK OUT Requirements: 5m lengths of metal chain the more lengths you have the more you can do multiple monkeys (not nesacary but it always helps) Preparation: Check that there are no hospitals in the suberb/area you are about to do this in. You don't want to cause death. That isn't the goal as you would know. Another thing, I don't realy see the poing in doing this randomly. We all use electricty, you couldn't this otherwise. Electricity is not the enemy. But if you were to do it in a particularly rich part of town. One of those "manufactured communities" would be good. You know the ones where the houses all look the same and the schools are perfect, but that's ok cause so is everything else. Another option would be to do it on a night where you know a corperation or pro capitalist party is holding a meeting. The Actions: Find any major powerlines and throw the chain onto them, making sure that the chain touches atleast two of the lines. What happens is when the chain touches two-three lines, it makes a connection which causes a major blackout within the area, until workmen come and remove the chain (in some cases the electrical company will have to send someone out to fix the powerbox for that grid). If you have problems finding the proper lines, goto a major road as main cables run along them. AfterMath: 1. The plastic communities find out it's not such a perfect world after all or 2. let's see the corperations/politicians spread their lies with no mic or lights or television.
